I offer workout programs personalised according to your goals, motivation and accountability via email and/or text messaging, as well as nutritional guidance. I believe that one should not be doing the same program for more than a 4 week period to avoid hitting a plateau and/or getting bored. I like to start by sending a questionnaire to allow me to get to know you better and establish what exactly I can do to help YOU feel better and achieve your goals! With this information, I put together a prescription and we can move forward with your plan!
